The Compression tongue system and the heel cap offer a lockdown feel.
The Boost midsole returns energy every step of the way. This provides a responsive, fast feel and ensures a lot of contact with the surface. The midsole of the Adizero Adios 5 features the newest Lightstrike technology. A new type of foam that provides comfort, effective cushioning and on top of that is very light of weight has been used in this midsole. The Continental Rubber outsole is made of rubber from the famous tyre manufacturer Continental. This material provides excellent grip in wet as well as dry conditions.
